Program: Residential abutting an existing neighbourhood.
Description: The final phase of residential development in an established community with a very successful track record. Wiseman Associates' role was to resolve the open space concerns presented by the irregular boundary conditions, supply presentation graphics for community open houses and arrange approvals and construction supervision for the landscaping requirements.
