Description: As landscape architects for this community of 600 residents, Wiseman Associates was responsible for the design and development of all open space including parks, streetscape and wet pond perimeter. In addition, we developed and supervised construction of entrance signage and treatments, all following an "English Aristocrat" influenced theme.
