Program: Inner City Sculpture Park
Description: The Sien Lok Society approached Wiseman Associates in the winter of 1999 to help them get a park built on a high profile site along the Bow River directly west of the Centre Street Bridge. Within four months a design was finalized, budgets set, and work started on a project that had been bogged down for years. The park was complete and opened on time and within budget in September of that year.
