Program: Residential community. Wiseman Associates, Sunbow Consulting, Walker-Brown Urban Consultants.
Description: The Hamptons is a community currently being developed in the northwest sector of Calgary. In planning the parks and open space systems, all active functions were to be located in a number of large joint use sites, providing opportunities for development of passive and aesthetically enhanced elements in the radiating linear parks. These parks will serve as links within the community and out to the adjacent ravine and golf course located north and west of the community.
