Description: The challenge with this project is to create a vibrant commercial shopping district that balances the needs of pedestrians with the reality of a major transportation corridor. Through a series of public meetings, focus group sessions and design studies, Wiseman Associates is attempting to determine the appropriate response that will strengthen the image and identity of International Avenue while accommodating the transportation requirements of the City.
