Program: Quality Assessment of a developer-built community
Description: The City of Winnipeg asked Wiseman Associates to provide an expert¹s opinion as to the quality of landscape development for a community after the residents complained that their parks and open spaces had been poorly constructed. Using soil samples and an analytical visual analysis, we were able to identify actions that could be taken to mitigate the problems without incurring undo expenses for both the City and the developer.
